Project Description
The development comprises of
18 No luxury residential apartments
located in the shadow of Arsenal
Football Club's new Emirates
Stadium. Hague R.C. Structures Ltd
were called in to complete the
reinforced concrete frame
superstructure works package
following the failure of a previous
contractor and were able to offer
the client a lump sum price for
the works. Hague were also
engaged to carry out the
drainage works package.

Project Duration
Hague R.C Structures Ltd
commenced works on the site
at the end of October 2006 and
completion is programmed
for February 2007.

Project Value
The superstructure works package
is being carried out for a lump
sum price of £365,000.00. The
drainage works are being measured separately.
