Step 1 Our client provides general information of their needs and we prepare a budget quotation and scheme without obligation. The initial brief may be either in the form of drawings and/or specification or just simply in the form of sketches and brief verbal outline. Step 2 The scheme and budget are established to our client’s satisfaction and the project proceeds to Planning Application stage. This step may be reached following value-engineering of our client’s original brief to ensure that specification levels and cost are tailored to the project budget. Step 3 Upon completion of Steps 1 & 2 to the satisfaction of our client and the Planning Authority we are able to prepare a fixed price quotation. This stage is reached with our client having maintained full control of the development of their project brief before committing to an order or financial outlay to Hague Design & Build Ltd. Step 4 Our client’s order is placed with Hague Design & Build Ltd and construction works on the project commence.
