Contracts Manager
We are a rapidly expanding Groundwork & RC Frame contractor operating throughout the South east, with a growing reputation for delivering quality work to tight deadlines.
We are seeking an experienced person capable of managing up to 5 projects simultaneously ranging in values up to £3m, whilst demonstrating good commercial & contractual acumen. You will be fully conversant with current Health & Safety Legislation & have experience in producing Risk Assessments & Method Statements.

Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate)
We are a rapidly expanding Groundwork & RC Frame contractor operating throughout the South east, with a growing reputation for delivering quality work to tight deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a well organised & diligent individual experienced in groundwork & light civills, You must be able to undertake general surveying duties on projects up to £3m, including re-measurement in accordance with SMM7.
