Overview
Hague Design & Build successfully negotiated with a developer client to carry our the complete turnkey design and construction of this steel framed and clad 2000 sq ft industrial/warehouse unit with associated trade counter and offices on two floors of 675 sq ft each.
Our scope of works included all fit-out and mechanical & electrical works.
The development was “squeezed” between two adjacent units on the site of a redundant vehicle turning head.
