Overview
Hague Construction won a competitive tender to be awarded the contract to undertake the major groundworks package on this spec office development.
We employed a lime stabilisation technique on the existing ground in the area in order to improve its load carrying capacity.
Our scope of works included complicated drainage works involving the excavation of deep drains laid over long distances and also the extension of an existing Archimedean bath.
