Overview
Hague Construction and Hague R.C. Structures were engaged to carry out the construction of foundations, sub-structure, concrete retaining walls, drainage works and reinforced concrete frame and floor slab superstructure on a 5 storey, 80 bedroom hotel in Brighton city centre.
Our scope of works included extensive basement level works in the formation of below ground car parking facilities.
The location of the project meant that we needed to plan and manage our works on an extremely confined site with difficult access in order to minimise the effect of our activities on the general public and adjoining buildings.
