Overview
Hague Construction enjoys an ongoing contract for planned highway maintenance and emergency works for Ringway Highway Services across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Part of this programme of works involved the replacement of this ornate road bridge across a picturesque river.
Our scope of works involved removal of the existing structure and replacement and/or refurbishment of various components.
We also repaired and rebuilt the structure of the existing flank walls on either embankment.
This project involved an interesting combination of health & safety issues in terms of working over water and retaining public access along the road.
Planning and supervision of our operations was undertaken by Hague Safety Training.
